Collections Administrator - Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Collections Administrator supports the Servicing and Collections team by managing past‑due loan and maintenance‑fee accounts for owners worldwide. The role involves contacting owners, negotiating payment solutions, and ensuring delinquency is reduced to target levels.

Key responsibilities

• Contact owners via telephone, email, fax or post when accounts become past due, request payment and follow up on promises.
• Discuss possible resolutions, advise owners of consequences of non‑payment and arrange payment plans.
• Review account histories, explain late fees, usage charges and payment options.
• Liaise with internal and external departments to resolve loan and maintenance‑fee issues.
• Prepare, print and mail overdue letters and other collection correspondence.
• Coordinate pay‑off quotations, credit‑card charges and auto‑debit enrolments.
• Gather bank or credit‑card details for refunds and forward to the Research Department.
• Obtain credit‑card authorisation codes from banks when manual overrides are required.
• Maintain accurate records in relevant systems and ensure data security per PCI and PII guidelines.
• Assist with outbound call campaigns, revocation files and other ad‑hoc collection tasks.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Experience in loan or fee collections and customer communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of PCI and PII data‑protection requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
