Commercial Graduate Rotation Program - Solution Engineering Path (Hebrew Speaking)

About the role

Salesforce is inviting 2025 or 2026 graduates to its EMEA Graduate Rotation Program, Solution Engineering Path, a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in February 2027. The program gives graduates exposure to both solution engineering and sales, with a promotion window opening from month 7 onwards. It combines learning paths with in-role experience, and Hebrew is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a 1-month introduction with onboarding enablement, covering Salesforce culture, solutions, technologies and tools, and a structured learning calendar with workshops.
• Rotate between Solution Engineering and Sales, spending 60% of time in the role and 40% in learning, with experienced buddies in each path.
• In Solution Engineering: learn solutions at a technical level, support customer demonstrations, and learn customer discovery and customer point of view.
• In Sales: learn prospecting and qualification methods, use social, digital, video, chat and phone channels to engage prospects, and work with Sales Development Specialists to build the EMEA sales pipeline.
• Take part in self-paced certifications and skills assessments, and attend inspiration sessions with senior professionals.

Required profile

• 2025 or 2026 graduate with a minimum bachelor's degree; eligible academic backgrounds include computer science, software engineering, data science, information systems and adjacent fields.
• Fluent in English; Hebrew is essential.
• Creative problem-solver, relationship builder with a growth mindset, curious and self-motivated.
• Thrives in a team, has excellent interpersonal skills, is goal-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
