Commercial Inbound Sales Closer (Remote)

About the role

REM Waste, a UK‑based waste management company, is expanding its commercial team and seeks a Commercial Inbound Sales Closer to handle inbound calls from trade and commercial customers. This remote, freelance position focuses on converting calls into sales, upselling relevant products, and migrating customers onto the company’s commercial ordering platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from builders, contractors, and other trade customers ordering skips and grab hire.
• Identify the caller’s project scope, scale, and specific needs.
• Close sales during the call and migrate customers to the commercial ordering platform.
• Consultatively upsell additional products such as aggregates, diggers, welfare units, and chutes.
• Manage follow‑up and pipeline activities in HubSpot CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B, commercial, or trade phone sales experience.
• Proven ability to discover, close, and grow accounts rather than merely taking orders.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on upselling.
• Disciplined use of CRM systems and independent work style.
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM proficiency.
• Experience with call‑centre software and remote workstation setup.
