Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2+ PQE) – €78k‑95k + Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least two years post‑qualification experience to join our growing Disputes team in Ireland. The successful candidate will work on high‑value, complex commercial disputes across a range of sectors, primarily before the High Court and Court of Appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in insurance, financial services, aviation, technology, retail and regulatory matters.
• Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including drafting pleadings, motions and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research, prepare case strategies and attend hearings at all levels of the Irish courts.
• Collaborate with senior partners and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong drafting, analytical and case‑management abilities.
• Proven experience handling competing deadlines and a diverse caseload.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
