About the role
We are seeking a proactive Compliance Analyst to join our Wholesale Division. Reporting to the Wholesale Compliance Manager, you will help shape cutting‑edge regulatory policy that protects consumers and drives competition across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with regulatory obligations using data‑driven analysis.
- Initiate and conduct investigations into potential breaches, handling complaints and self‑identified risks.
- Manage multiple investigations simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Gather evidence through correspondence, interviews, site inspections and data seizures, maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare case files for enforcement actions and contribute to policy development.
Required profile
- Level 8 degree in law, finance, engineering, computer science, information systems, data science or a related field.
- Proven experience in regulatory or white‑collar crime investigations within data‑driven or regulated sectors (e.g., digital services, telecom, finance, healthcare).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
