Construction Contracts Manager – Drogheda

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to lead a major construction project in Drogheda, Co. Louth. This role offers the chance to take full ownership of project delivery from pre‑construction through to handover within a well‑established contractor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for successful delivery of construction projects from pre‑construction to handover.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and all project stakeholders.
• Oversee programme schedules, cost control and overall project performance.
• Administer contractual obligations, including variations, claims and contractual correspondence.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Liaise closely with commercial, design and client teams.
• Drive project progress and resolve site or commercial issues as they arise.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within construction.
• Strong background delivering large‑scale building projects (residential, commercial or mixed‑use).
• Excellent contractual and commercial awareness.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programme delivery.
• Strong focus on health & safety and quality assurance.
