Construction Contracts Manager – Kildare or Malahide

About the role

A leading Irish main contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee delivery of multiple residential, education and commercial projects across the Leinster region, primarily based in Kildare and Malahide. You will manage 1–3 live sites simultaneously, ensuring programmes, quality, safety and commercial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of projects from mobilisation through handover, supporting Project and Site Managers.
• Monitor and adjust construction programmes, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Work with commercial teams on budgets, variations, procurement and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, BCAR and company quality standards, overseeing inspections and handover processes.
• Champion health and safety culture, supporting EHS teams and site management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities and utilities, providing regular progress reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 10–20+ years of experience in construction delivery roles.
• Proven track record managing education, commercial and residential projects.
• Background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor preferred.
