Construction Project Manager – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee large‑scale civil and building projects across Dublin. The role involves managing every phase from planning through handover, working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver high‑profile developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of large infrastructure or building projects across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, subcontractors and internal staff to ensure smooth project progress.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and resources, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and quality standards on‑site and across projects.
• Coordinate design development, RFI cycles and client workshops to maintain design quality and timelines.
• Motivate and lead site teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience managing civil or construction projects in Ireland.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
