Construction Project Manager – Ireland Projects

About the role

O’Rourke & Sons Contractors Ltd is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead building projects across the west, midlands and east coast of Ireland. You will be responsible for delivering projects from pre‑construction through to handover, ensuring they meet schedule, budget and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of construction projects.
• Prepare and manage budgets, programmes, schedules and procurement plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site staff.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations, health & safety and environmental policies.
• Manage project documentation, contracts and change orders using Procore.
• Maintain communication with clients, design teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resolve issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 3 + years’ experience in project management with a main contractor in Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, BCAR and health & safety legislation.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary teams.
• Full, clean driver’s licence.
