Construction Site Manager – Residential Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead a 20‑unit residential development in Rathangan, Co. Kildare. This role offers the chance to join a well‑established contractor known for delivering high‑quality housing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for day‑to‑day site management.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure works are delivered on programme, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Maintain a strong focus on health & safety and ensure continuous compliance.
• Manage site documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Liaise with the client, design team, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments.
• Track record of delivering housing projects from groundworks to handover.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to drive the programme while maintaining high standards.
