About the role
We are seeking a Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a supportive multidisciplinary team in beautiful Kilkenny, Ireland. The role offers a full‑time schedule (Monday‑Friday, 37 hours) with a competitive salary package and excellent professional growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment for children and adolescents.
- Lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver integrated care.
- Participate in on‑call duties and respond to emergencies as required.
Required profile
- IMC Specialist Registration in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive as needed.
- Demonstrated leadership within an MDT environment.

What we offer
- Salary range €235,862 – €283,318 per year.
- Additional allowances up to €20,000.
- On‑call pay of €11,250.
- 40 days annual leave (including 10 public holidays).
