About the role
This fully remote consultant psychiatrist role focuses exclusively on gold‑standard autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnostic assessments. It is designed for professionals who want flexible, well‑supported work that fits around other commitments, without on‑call duties or unrelated clinical tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct structured ASD assessments within an established diagnostic pathway.
- Administer, score, and interpret the ADOS‑2 instrument.
- Conduct ADI‑R interviews with patients and families.
- Develop diagnostic formulations and make outcome decisions.
- Produce clear, high‑quality clinical reports.
Required profile
- Minimum of 12 months experience completing ASD assessments.
- Hands‑on experience with ADOS‑2 and ADI‑R.
- Strong diagnostic reasoning and report‑writing abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Legal right to work in Ireland.
