Content Marketing Specialist (6 Month Fixed-Term Contract)

About the role

Fenergo builds AI-powered client lifecycle management software for financial institutions, covering KYC, AML and compliance. As a Content Marketing Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract, you will join a small team responsible for Fenergo's corporate voice, turning complex technology content into compelling stories that feed the lead lifecycle. The role spans content marketing, PR and analyst relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the content calendar and align content with key priorities
• Support the Content and Comms Director with whitepapers, blogs and case studies
• Help write landing page and web content, video descriptions and awards content
• Use AI tools to summarise webinars and research reports for blogs
• Support writing and submitting speaking proposals for major events
• Compile monthly content reports with metrics
• Manage the annual global awards calendar, including entries, logo purchases and promotion
• Promote analyst rankings internally and externally, including social media and website content
• Support logistics for annual events and track media coverage with the PR agency

Required profile

• 1-2 years' experience in public relations or content marketing, in an agency or in-house setting
• B2B technology experience with strong media knowledge
• Proven experience planning, managing and launching content and PR campaigns across earned and owned channels
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Nice to have: a degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field
