Paid Search Client Director

About the role

The Paid Search Client Director leads a portfolio of medium to large client accounts within the Performance Practice, driving delivery excellence, team development and client satisfaction through best‑in‑class search strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of performance strategies, monitor output, and act as a trusted advisor in search and performance marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Manage finances, identify incremental revenue opportunities, and ensure accurate budgeting and reporting.
• Develop, motivate and grow the team, fostering a collaborative culture and promoting continuous learning.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in paid search or a digital marketing agency environment.
• Proven client service and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, project management and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Paid search and performance marketing expertise.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Data analysis and insight generation.
