Performance Marketing Manager (SaaS) – Remote

About the role

Abusix is looking for a senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end execution of its marketing engine. Working fully remote, you will turn strategy into measurable lead‑generation, paid‑media, and GTM campaigns that directly fuel pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise lead‑generation distribution workflows across promotion sequences and channel plans.
• Run digital marketing programmes on social, email, webinars, demos and landing pages to increase qualified lead volume.
• Manage paid‑media budgets on LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Ads, continuously improving ROI.
• Source, quality‑check and optimise lead‑generation vendors while collaborating with Sales to tighten follow‑up SLAs.
• Project‑manage GTM campaigns and sales‑play workflows to ensure timely, on‑message delivery.
• Produce weekly, quarterly and annual performance reports for leadership decision‑making.

Required profile

• ~10 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, marketing operations or demand generation.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data, spreadsheets and translating metrics into actions.
• Background in cybersecurity, MSSP or telecommunications to understand the target audience.
• Native‑level English; additional languages such as German, French or Arabic are a plus.

Required skills

• Deep, practical experience with HubSpot Marketing & CRM (workflow creation, reporting).
• Proficiency with paid‑media platforms: LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads and Google Ads.
• Hands‑on use of generative AI tools for workflow automation (experience with Claude is a strong plus).
