Corporate and M&A Lawyer

About the role

Join a market‑leading Corporate and M&A practice group at A&L Goodbody, advising domestic and global corporations, investors and state entities across the full company life‑cycle. The role offers exposure to high‑profile transactions and the chance to work alongside specialist departments and a multidisciplinary Client Technology team.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on private and public M&A transactions.
• Support capital‑markets work, including equity offerings.
• Assist private‑equity, venture‑capital and growth‑equity deals.
• Provide PLC advisory, governance and corporate reorganisation advice.
• Deliver corporate advisory, company law and secretarial services.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 2‑6 years post‑qualification experience.
• Experience gained at a large or medium corporate law firm in Ireland or the United Kingdom.
• Excellent academic record.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative abilities.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
