Corporate Lawyer – Associate Solicitor (M&A)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Irish law firm to recruit an Associate Solicitor for its Corporate M&A practice in Dublin. The successful candidate will join a highly regarded corporate department, providing comprehensive legal advice across a full spectrum of corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on public and private M&A transactions, reorganisations and joint ventures.
• Provide counsel on corporate governance and private‑equity transactions for Irish and international equity sponsors and lenders.
• Support companies throughout the entire corporate lifecycle, including high‑value investments.
• Participate in business‑development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate services, M&A and private equity.
• Strong commercial awareness and outstanding academic record.
• Excellent technical legal ability and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to engage in business development and work both independently and collaboratively.
