Corporate Lawyer – Senior Associate

About the role
William Fry LLP is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join its Corporate team as a Senior Associate/Associate. The role involves working on sophisticated, cross‑border transactions and advisory matters for leading Irish and international clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist and lead on complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings.
- Draft and review a wide range of commercial agreements, shareholder documents and regulatory filings.
- Provide strategic advice to corporate clients across multiple sectors, ensuring commercial objectives are met.
- Collaborate with other practice groups and senior partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of post‑qualification experience in a large, medium or boutique law firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate law and excellent drafting abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of high‑quality client service and commercial awareness.
- Ability to prioritize workloads, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible work ethic and willingness to adapt to client needs.
