Corporate Lawyer – Senior Associate

About the role

The Corporate team at William Fry advises leading Irish and international companies on sophisticated, cross‑border corporate transactions. We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join the team as a Senior Associate, contributing to high‑value deals and providing strategic advice.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and lead on complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings.
• Draft and review a wide range of corporate documentation such as share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and board minutes.
• Provide commercial and legal advice to domestic and international clients across various sectors.
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of client service and develop lasting client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of post‑qualification experience in a large, medium or boutique law firm.
• Excellent technical knowledge of corporate law and strong drafting abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality client service.
• Commercially minded and able to balance legal and business considerations.
• Strong work ethic, flexible approach and ability to manage competing priorities.
