Corporate Lawyer – Senior Associate

About the role

William Fry’s Corporate team is seeking an experienced lawyer to join as a Senior Associate/Associate. You will work on sophisticated, cross‑border corporate transactions and advisory matters for leading Irish and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and lead on large, complex corporate deals with an Irish element.
• Draft and review contracts, transaction documents, and advisory memoranda.
• Provide high‑quality client service and commercial advice.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Dublin, Cork, London, and US offices.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a large, medium or boutique law firm.
• Excellent technical and drafting abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding client service.
• Commercially minded with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Strong work ethic and a flexible approach to work.
