About the role
We are partnering with a leading Irish law firm to recruit a Corporate M&A Lawyer based in Dublin. The successful candidate will work on both private and public M&A transactions, as well as private equity and equity capital markets matters, supporting the firm’s strong international practice.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on private and public M&A transactions from inception to completion.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and disclosure schedules.
- Conduct due diligence and coordinate with cross‑border teams on complex deals.
- Support private equity fund formations, investments, and exits.
- Assist with equity capital markets offerings, such as IPOs and secondary placements.
Required profile
- 1‑7 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate/M&A work.
- Strong academic background with a law degree from a recognised institution.
- Demonstrated interest in living and working in Dublin, Ireland.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
