Corporate Solicitor

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Dublin law firm to hire a Corporate Solicitor with 2‑3 years of post‑qualification experience. You will join a busy corporate team, working on high‑value transactions and strategic advisory matters for both public and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, investments and corporate restructurings.
• Conduct legal due diligence and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Draft and negotiate SPAs, APAs, shareholder, investment and joint‑venture agreements.
• Handle disclosure exercises, disclosure letters and corporate governance matters.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Provide corporate and commercial advisory services, including legal research and client advice.
• Participate in business development and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 2‑3 years PQE.
• Strong experience in a corporate law practice.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Excellent technical drafting, analytical and legal research skills.
• Commercial awareness, strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with public‑sector clients is a plus, but not essential.
