Crypto Associate Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Crypto Associate Producer to join a fully remote, globally distributed media team. In this role you will help shape compelling podcasts and digital content that explore the fast‑moving world of digital assets, working closely with hosts, editors, and media leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pitch timely guests, topics, and episode ideas aligned with emerging crypto trends.
• Coordinate scheduling, guest communication, and A/V setup for podcast recordings.
• Research and prepare structured briefs, talking points, and interview questions.
• Support end‑to‑end production, including publishing workflows, quality control, and analytics tracking.
• Contribute to new media format ideation and broader multimedia initiatives.
• Collaborate with editorial, production, and marketing teams to ensure consistent content quality.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in podcast, video, or digital media production.
• Strong understanding of the crypto, blockchain, and digital‑asset ecosystem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to research complex topics and translate them into engaging content.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with production tools such as Riverside, OBS, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, YouTube Studio, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with workflow tools like Slack and WordPress.
