Crypto Associate Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Crypto Associate Producer to join a fully remote, globally distributed media team. In this role you will help shape compelling crypto‑focused podcasts and digital media content, working from research and guest outreach through recording, publishing, and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pitch timely guests, topics, and episode ideas aligned with emerging trends in crypto and digital assets.
• Coordinate, schedule, and manage podcast recordings, handling guest communication and A/V setup checks.
• Conduct background research and prepare structured briefs, talking points, and interview questions for hosts.
• Support end‑to‑end podcast production, including publishing workflows, quality control, and analytics tracking.
• Contribute to ideation and development of new media formats and broader multimedia initiatives.
• Collaborate with editorial, production, and marketing teams to ensure consistent content quality and alignment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in podcast, video, or digital media production.
• Strong understanding of the crypto, blockchain, and digital asset ecosystem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to research complex topics and translate them into engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Riverside, OBS, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, YouTube Studio, or similar production platforms.
• Familiarity with WordPress for publishing and content management.
