Customer Account Manager – Hospitality Services

About the role

Elis is seeking a Customer Account Manager to lead and expand a portfolio of strategic hospitality clients in Tallaght. You will be the primary liaison for each account, ensuring service excellence, client retention, and revenue growth while coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored textile, linen, and facility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic hospitality clients, building long‑term relationships.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and service requirements.
• Identify contract renewal opportunities, negotiate terms, and retain existing business.
• Order stock for customers and oversee contract completion.
• Develop and execute account strategies to increase revenue and client engagement.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and service delivery teams for seamless service delivery.
• Monitor account performance, KPIs, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and business reviews to clients and senior management.
• Resolve client issues proactively while maintaining high service standards.
• Achieve internal KPIs such as monthly credits and debt collection.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, preferably within hospitality, textile, linen, or facility services.
• Valid clean driving licence and willingness to spend 70‑80% of time on customer visits.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
