Customer Assistant

About the role

As a Customer Assistant you will join a Boots store team, providing friendly, knowledgeable service to shoppers. Whether you are starting your first job or looking for a new retail challenge, you will be trained to support customers at the tills, on the shop floor and in the back‑room.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers, answer questions and recommend products that meet their needs.
• Promote in‑store offers and schemes, ensuring customers are well‑informed.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑stocked shop floor and clean store environment.
• Operate tills and handle transactions accurately.
• Support stock management, including receiving and organising merchandise.

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Team‑oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
