Customer Experience Account Manager – CSR Europe

About the role

The CSR Account Manager, Europe will own the Customer Experience for all Custom Single Run (CSR) installations across the region. Acting as the primary ABEC contact, you will ensure timely technical and commercial support, driving customer satisfaction and long‑term partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with CSR customers to understand technical and commercial needs.
• Coordinate with ABEC Operations, Service, Quality, Sales, Applications, and Product teams to deliver support.
• Provide activity reporting, forecasts, and call reports.
• Interface with the Sales function on CSR status, new contacts, and business opportunities.
• Support marketing with customer and competitor insights and help develop sales materials.
• Participate in Factory and Site Acceptance Testing, preliminary engineering runs, and customer visits for technical discussions and product demonstrations.
• Continuously improve subject‑matter knowledge through training, publications, and professional networks.

Required profile

• BS degree in Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, quality, supply chain, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and address technical issues.
• Willingness to travel regularly as needed.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with ERP systems and other IT solutions.
