About the role
We are seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to join a leading Irish financial institution. The role is based in a busy office environment, with locations in Galway and Cork, and forms part of a fast‑paced, dynamic team focused on delivering high‑quality service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Work within defined guidelines to meet daily operational targets.
- Ensure all customer information is complete, accurate and readily accessible.
- Collaborate with team members and management to maintain smooth workflow.
- Prioritise tasks effectively to meet service level agreements.

- Highly organised, motivated and proactive individual.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
