Outbound Call Agent – Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Call Agent to join our Ireland team. You will spend most of your day making high‑volume outbound calls to new companies, introducing Adasoft and generating qualified business leads for our sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls daily, working through prospect lists to reach potential clients.
• Deliver a clear, confident pitch about Adasoft and assess interest.
• Qualify each conversation, log outcomes and pass qualified leads to the Sales team with detailed notes.
• Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.
• Help schedule meetings and coordinate calendars between prospects and sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate call records and CRM entries.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure smooth hand‑offs.

Required profile

• Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, call‑center or similar phone‑based roles.
• Clear, confident verbal communication skills.
• Ability to sustain high call volume without losing motivation.
• Target‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting numbers.
• Organised and able to keep accurate records while working quickly.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Based onsite in Ireland, full‑time.
