Customer Service Specialist – French Speaking

About the role

The French‑speaking Customer Service Specialist will join Natus' international customer service team in Gort, supporting order processing, inquiries and cross‑functional coordination for medical‑device customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the customer service inbox, responding to purchase orders, sales representative queries and internal requests.
• Enter and process customer orders following established procedures.
• Answer phone calls while meeting department KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Shipping, Manufacturing, RA/QA and Finance to ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor ERP reports daily, flagging potential delays and informing customers proactively.
• Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and customer complaints according to policy.
• Provide backup support to teammates and temporary coverage for other territories during peak periods.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken French.
• 1–3 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in manufacturing, medical‑device or pharmaceutical environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated with minimal supervision.
