Customer Success Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

Trellix, a global cybersecurity company, is looking for a Customer Success Manager fluent in French to join its team in Cork. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, the CSM acts as the lead customer liaison for strategic accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors. The role covers onboarding, adoption and satisfaction across the portfolio, and works closely with Sales, R&D and CS Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers from system administrators to Chief Security Officers, articulating the value of Trellix solutions, services, education and premium support
• Build customer-specific success plans to oversee onboarding, adoption and satisfaction
• Partner with Sales to move accounts from pre-sales to customer success and identify expansion, retention and renewal opportunities
• Use Quarterly Business Reviews to align with customers and highlight progress
• Help customers overcome business and cybersecurity challenges, driving feature adoption and time to value
• Handle escalations of deployment or productivity-blocking issues and coordinate with Sales, R&D and CS Engineering
• Identify risks to customer goals and work with account teams on mitigation or escalation

Required profile

• Fluency in French is a must
• 7+ years of customer engagement and account management experience in a SaaS, enterprise software or cybersecurity company is desirable
• Experience as a trusted advisor with large enterprise clients leading to adoption, expansion and renewals
• Strong customer orientation, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• University degree or equivalent experience
