EU Brand Protection Manager

About the role

Logitech is hiring a Brand Protection Manager in Cork, Ireland, on a hybrid basis (3 days on site per week). The role safeguards the company's brand integrity across European markets by identifying, investigating and mitigating risks linked to unauthorized distribution, parallel trade, non-compliant SKUs and abuse of commercial programs. It works cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Supply Chain and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse parallel trade across EU markets, identify unauthorized channels and develop strategies to reduce revenue leakage from parallel imports/exports
• Detect and investigate non-compliant, altered or counterfeit SKUs, ensuring adherence to product specs, labeling and EU regulations, and lead corrective actions such as product withdrawal
• Investigate misuse of company programs (promotions, discounts, rebates, distributor incentives) and conduct audits of high-risk activities
• Analyse sales data and distribution flows, build dashboards and KPIs, and report findings to senior management
• Manage relationships with third-party investigators, brand protection agencies and legal counsel, and oversee vendor performance
• Implement the EU distribution sales strategy, build partnerships with distributors, optimise SLAs, support marketing initiatives and drive partner training

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand protection, compliance, anti-counterfeiting or distribution control
• Strong understanding of EU trade regulations, parallel trade dynamics and compliance requirements
• Experience with investigations, audits and enforcement actions
• Collaborative, analytical approach with a data-driven mindset
