Inside Sales Representative - CIS Region

About the role

Trellix, a global cybersecurity leader, is looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative for the CIS region. You will manage a geographically defined book of commercial business and own the full sales cycle, from initial cold outreach to closing the deal, working with Sales Engineers and channel partners to define technical solutions, win new business and support retention and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound strategies to identify and land new logos.
• Work with channel partners and distributors to co-sell, register deals and drive incremental revenue.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business.
• Lead the process from discovery and technical validation with Sales Engineers to contract negotiation, while supporting retention and expansion.
• Develop plans to penetrate key accounts and expand the Trellix footprint.
• Maintain a structured approach to quoting and forecasting to overachieve quarterly targets.
• Stay current on product suites and competitive risks to position Trellix as the premier security solution.

Required profile

• Fluent English and Russian.
• 1-2+ years in tech sales or business development; cybersecurity experience is a significant plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an acquisition-focused environment.
• Self-motivated, persistent and able to turn complex technical stacks into clear business value.
• Strong time management and ability to navigate internal processes to shorten sales cycles.
