Customs Clearance Coordinator – Cork

About the role

We are seeking a Customs Clearance Coordinator to join our Cork office and ensure seamless import and export processes across road, sea and air modes. You will act as a key liaison between our offices, customers and state authorities, driving efficiency and compliance in all customs activities.

Key responsibilities

• Complete import and export customs declarations, ENS and PBN in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other offices and customers to obtain required documentation and clarify queries.
• Prepare and maintain templates for regular transaction clearance.
• Maintain records and workflows to uphold the company’s AEO accreditation.
• Assist the Customs Manager in implementing audit processes to ensure 100% integrity and conformance to AEO standards.
• Oversee payment authorisation for VAT and duties.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customs clearance within Ireland.
• Strong understanding of Irish Revenue guidelines and related state authority procedures (DAFM, HSE, Port Health, etc.).
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Confident communicator capable of building effective internal and external relationships.
• Ability to work independently, show initiative and drive process improvements.

• TSS declarations for NI imports (advantage).
