Cyber Security Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our client’s security team in Dublin. You will ensure the organisation’s security posture aligns with ISO 27001, NIST, and the new DORA regulation while supporting audits and remediation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and DORA frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify compliance gaps.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, preparing evidence and documentation.
• Develop, update, and manage security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Create and present compliance and risk reports to technical teams and senior leadership.
• Track remediation of control gaps and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in GRC, information security, or IT audit.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• ISO 27001 implementation and auditing.
• NIST frameworks (CSF, SP 800 series).
• Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) knowledge.
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CRISC, CISA, CISSP.
