Cyber Security Analyst

About the role

Life Credit Union is seeking a hands‑on Cyber Security Analyst to join its ICT team. The role focuses on day‑to‑day security operations, threat monitoring and control implementation across a hybrid environment while supporting the organisation’s regulatory compliance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and administer endpoint security using CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Intune (MDM).
• Respond to security alerts and manage technical incidents through SIEM solutions.
• Support Entra ID (Azure AD) administration to enforce Identity and Access Management, Conditional Access and Multi‑Factor Authentication.
• Assist in managing corporate firewalls, VPN access and Data Loss Prevention policies via Microsoft Purview to protect member data and the Cardholder Data Environment.
• Execute routine vulnerability management activities and assist with remediation.

Required profile

• Mid‑level security professional who enjoys practical, hands‑on work.
• Ability to work independently while supporting security tooling and responding to threats.
• Interest in understanding how security controls align with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
