Cyber Security Risk Analyst (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Risk Analyst to join a growing Dublin‑based team on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid, requiring one day per week onsite, and focuses on establishing and maintaining a strong security posture across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for information security matters related to service delivery and operations.
• Promote security awareness and embed information security principles, policies, and processes throughout the business.
• Identify, assess, and monitor information security risks in partnership with risk owners, ensuring appropriate controls are applied.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of security controls against organisational policies, regulatory obligations, and industry standards.
• Develop, maintain, and improve security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Support third‑party risk management, defining and assessing security requirements for suppliers and outsourced services.
• Lead or contribute to security initiatives and improvement projects, driving automation and process enhancements.

Required profile

• A degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in information security, risk management, and security framework implementation.
• Broad knowledge of security technologies, architectures, and operational processes.
• Experience with data reporting, automation, or AI‑enabled tools to support security processes.
• Proven ability to manage projects and influence stakeholders in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
