Data Analyst - CX & AI

About the role

Personio is looking for a Data Analyst focused on Customer Experience (CX) and AI to join its Analytics department. The role sits at the intersection of business intelligence, prescriptive analytics, and AI automation, working closely with CX leadership to turn customer data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted analytical partner for CX leadership, understanding both business needs and data.
• Own end‑to‑end analytical coverage of CX metrics such as onboarding health, CSAT trends, support patterns and CX KPIs.
• Define and maintain a single source of truth for key CX metrics in partnership with CX Operations and Product.
• Proactively surface anomalies, risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations.
• Design and run LLM‑powered analytical workflows (Claude, GPT or similar) to analyse unstructured CX notes, tickets and feedback.
• Build automated reporting and alerting pipelines, replacing manual tasks with scheduled intelligent workflows.
• Develop self‑serve AI tools that enable CX stakeholders to query data in natural language.
• Maintain and improve dbt models that power CX reporting and document methodologies.

Required profile

• Experience with at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Exposure to CRM or CX platform data such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Gainsight.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex analysis into clear narratives for non‑technical audiences.
