Data Operations Analyst

About the role

The IMSC Master Data Management (MDM) Operations team is looking for a Data Operations Analyst to help deliver trusted data that enables the launch and supply of innovative medicines worldwide. You will work within a multi‑national environment, supporting the Master Data Operations Framework and ensuring a regulated, compliant data environment across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Govern and maintain the Master Data Operations Framework for the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain.
• Ensure data compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Leverage intelligent automation, workflow tools, and process improvements to enhance data quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with third‑party suppliers and internal stakeholders to streamline data flows.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics, identifying and resolving issues promptly.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in data operations, master data management, or supply‑chain data governance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
