About the role

Ekco is looking for an experienced Deskside Support Engineer to join its Dublin Managed Services team. You will provide both onsite and remote technical assistance to multiple client environments, helping users resolve hardware and software issues while supporting cloud and identity services.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Manage user access and identity in Microsoft Entra ID, including password resets and group administration.
  • Support endpoint management and mobile device management using Microsoft Intune and other MDM tools.
  • Assist with device provisioning, Windows Autopilot deployments, hardware refreshes and software roll‑outs.
  • Perform routine operational tasks for Azure‑hosted infrastructure, including monitoring and patching.
  • Carry out Windows Server administration tasks like user management, file permissions and shared folder maintenance.
  • Handle IT onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper hardware, software and access provisioning.
  • Log and resolve incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in deskside or desktop support within a Managed Service Provider environment.
  • Motivated to develop technical expertise and customer‑facing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑client setting.

  • Ticketing system usage for incident and request handling
