DevOps Engineer – Build AI-Driven Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Platform Engineer to build the infrastructure that powers AI‑driven drug discovery. You will design and implement systems from the ground up, enabling large‑scale simulation and computational science workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Build containerised platforms using Docker and Podman.
• Design multi‑service environments with Docker Compose or Docker Swarm.
• Create end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Develop automation and internal tooling for engineering and R&D teams.
• Work at the Linux level – systemd, networking, shell scripting, debugging.
• Support compute‑intensive scientific and AI workloads.

Required profile

• Proven experience building with Docker (beyond just running containers).
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
• Strong Linux fundamentals, including shell scripting, networking and systemd.
• Ability to independently build and structure infrastructure systems.
