DevOps Platform Engineer - Terraform AWS

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Platform Engineer to join a newly‑formed engineering team in Dublin that is building the infrastructure for an AI‑driven biotech company focused on accelerating cancer drug discovery. The role will involve designing, implementing and operating cloud‑native platforms that enable data‑intensive research.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines to support rapid delivery of software and data workloads.
• Design, deploy and manage AWS services required for large‑scale AI and GPU workloads.
• Implement observability, logging and monitoring solutions for distributed systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI tools such as Claude Code into daily workflows.
• Ensure platform reliability, security and scalability in a cloud environment.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics or a related field.
• Ability to work in Dublin without visa sponsorship.
