Digital Marketing Sales Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a people‑oriented Sales Manager to lead multilingual sales teams within a digital‑marketing ecosystem. The role focuses on driving measurable revenue outcomes across the full customer lifecycle while mentoring high‑performing Inside Sales and Account Management professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Account Managers to consistently exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
• Set clear monthly and quarterly goals, monitor performance, and execute gap‑to‑goal plans.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one coaching, call evaluations and performance reviews to reinforce sales rigor and compliance.
• Onboard new hires and build sales competencies through structured coaching, simulations and enablement programs.
• Analyze team performance using CRM and analytics tools to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
• Ensure operational excellence with accurate CRM usage, forecasting, pipeline management and adherence to SLAs.
• Partner with Quality, Policy, Training and Operations to drive continuous improvement and scalable solutions.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer and internal challenges, applying a customer‑first mindset.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, including 1‑2+ years in a Sales Manager or Team Lead role.
• Proven track record of building and managing high‑performing sales or account‑management teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce or equivalent sales automation tools.
