Director, Global Template Owner – Innovative Medicine (Transcend)

About the role

We are looking for a Director to serve as the Global Template Owner for the Transcend program within Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine division. This hybrid role will be based in Titusville, New Jersey, with alternative hybrid locations in Beerse (Belgium), Cork (Ireland) or Markham (Canada).

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Operate State for the Transcend global template, ensuring alignment across all pharmaceutical ERP processes.
• Modernize and harmonize foundational transactional processes into a single, standardized ERP platform.
• Reduce the pharmaceutical ERP landscape from seven systems to one, driving cost‑effective, fit‑for‑purpose digital solutions.
• Mitigate end‑of‑life system exposure and support business agility through standardized processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional supply‑chain and IT teams across multiple global hubs.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in large‑scale ERP transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical supply‑chain and business processes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment across multiple international locations.
