Director, Global Template Owner – Innovative Medicine (Transcend)

About the role

The Director, Global Template Owner (GTO) for the Transcend program will lead the operating state of the new Pharmaceutical ERP platform. This senior position is responsible for harmonising transactional processes across the Innovative Medicine business and ensuring a single, clean ERP solution supports growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global ERP template and drive its implementation across multiple sites.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to standardise processes and migrate from legacy systems to the new platform.
• Ensure the ERP solution meets regulatory, cost‑effectiveness and agility requirements for the pharmaceutical supply chain.
• Monitor and remediate end‑of‑life system risks throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with regional hubs in Belgium, Ireland and Canada to align local needs with the global template.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in large‑scale ERP or digital transformation programmes.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical supply‑chain processes and regulatory environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across global, regional and functional teams.
• Ability to operate in a hybrid work setting and travel to hub locations as needed.
