Dispatch Coordinator – Logistics Operations

About the role

Fónua is looking for a highly organized Dispatch Coordinator to support the smooth movement of goods and ensure timely deliveries for our mobile technology clients. You will work closely with the dispatch supervisor, transport providers, and warehouse teams to keep operations running efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the dispatch supervisor in coordinating daily despatch and logistics activities to meet on‑time delivery targets.
• Provide operational cover for supervisor duties during late shifts, absences, or annual leave.
• Oversee bulk order processing and ensure timely deliveries.
• Enforce warehouse housekeeping standards and adhere to health and safety policies.
• Process export orders, track shipments, and provide regular updates on consignments.
• Maintain stock levels of warehouse consumables (corrugate, shrink wrap, packaging materials) and alert management of replenishment needs.
• Deliver training to staff as required.
