About the role

New Generation International Schools is seeking a passionate Economics and Accounting Teacher to join its High School team, teaching Grades 11 and 12 under the American curriculum. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop strong analytical and financial reasoning abilities while delivering engaging, real-world-focused lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver comprehensive lessons in Economics and Accounting for Grades 11‑12.
• Integrate case studies and real‑world applications to deepen student understanding.
• Support students in building analytical and financial reasoning skills.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests and projects, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain effective classroom management and foster a positive learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong background in both Economics and Accounting.
• Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
• Passion for teaching and dedication to student development.
• Teaching certification or a degree in Education is preferred.
