Economics Teacher – AI Training (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for experienced post‑secondary economics instructors to help shape the way AI systems reason about markets, policy and human behavior. In this remote, task‑based contract you will apply your classroom expertise to evaluate and improve AI‑generated economic content.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review economics questions and scenarios used to train and evaluate AI models.
• Assess the accuracy, clarity and depth of AI‑generated economic explanations.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to enhance economic reasoning in model outputs.
• Validate concepts, edge cases and real‑world examples based on teaching experience.
• Work independently on an asynchronous schedule, delivering results weekly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑time teaching economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of microeconomics, macroeconomics and applied economics.
• Ability to clearly explain and evaluate economic reasoning in written form.
• Comfortable reviewing structured content and delivering detailed feedback.
• Self‑motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment.
