Education Consultant – Professional Products Division – Redken

About the role

As an Education Consultant for Redken and Pureology in Dublin, you will join L’Oréal’s Professional Products Division to deliver high‑impact technical training to salons across Ireland. The role blends teaching, product expertise and entrepreneurial drive, allowing you to shape the future of hair colour and retail performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate colour and retail workshops for salons in your territory and at regional venues.
• Develop new course programmes, training materials and freelance educator initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leading hair‑dressing professionals and key industry partners.
• Identify market trends, gather feedback and contribute to product and education strategy.
• Set ambitious sales and performance targets and work proactively to achieve them.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technical workshops, presentations and classes in a salon environment.
• Advanced colour expertise combined with commercial awareness and a passion for retail.
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to inspire and coach others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, high‑energy environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
