EHR Medication Management Build Team Member

About the role

The Medication Management Build Team Member will support the Cúram Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation for UPMC Ireland. Reporting to the Medication Management Workstream Lead, the role focuses on configuring, testing, and validating medication‑management applications and ensuring alignment with clinical and financial workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Workstream Lead in delivering the Medication Management workstream, including stakeholder coordination and milestone tracking.
• Support design, validation, and documentation of medication‑management workflows within MEDITECH Expanse.
• Configure the Medication Management module, validate data migration, and integrate with enterprise platforms.
• Participate in integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), identifying and troubleshooting issues with IT, finance, and clinical teams.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to maintain end‑to‑end clinical integrity across modules.
• Validate statutory, management, and operational reporting requirements for medication‑management functions.
• Assist change‑management activities related to workflow impacts.

Required profile

• Experience supporting EHR or medication‑management implementations.
• Ability to work closely with analysts, operational leaders, and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong documentation skills for workflows, system configurations, and test outcomes.
• Attention to detail in data validation and reporting.
